Today Stampin' Up's 2014 Occasions Catalog goes live and it's a great mix of trendy and traditional goodies to inspire your creativity.
Here is a (somewhat shadowy -the card was for a NYE birthday and it' the only photo I have) shot of a birthday card I made with the Geometrical Bundle, a stamp set with triangle punch, plus one of the Retro Fresh papers. I was trying out our new mantle as a photo setting. It might take a little more practice before that is a good place to shoot photos of my cards. Anyway:
- The triangles were embossed with Pool Party embossing powder which blends perfectly with the lighter shades of the Coastal Cabana featured in the DSP.
- A message from one of my favorite word sets, One in a Million, and basic pearls are all it took to finish off this card.
