...little star
I made this card for a challenge to make our own water-colored plaid. (It was the Dare to Get Dirty challenges over on Splitcoaststampers last August.)
- This is a 5x7" card - purchased watercolor card/envelope. Sorry, I no longer have the packaging
- I did the plaid by painting diagonal Powder Pink and watered down Marina Mist lines going the opposite directions.
- Gold lines (Zig Painty, retired) were drawn on the upper edge of each line to add a little definition.
- The moon baby was embossed in gold, painted with an aquapainter plus Powder Pink, Marina Mist and So Saffron ink pad lids on watercolor paper.
- The star has Wink of Stella - of course
- I used the largest Layering oval to cut the moon baby out and mounted it with dimensionals.
- Powder Pink finely woven ribbon finishes it off.
Another Moon Baby card is here.
Happy stamping to all...
