The second card I'm sharing today is one we did last Saturday that had options. The small stamped piece on the lower card was designed so that it could go over a "double embossed" layer that I had used with another card that I shared with your earlier:
In the end I decided that I actually preferred it on a white card with just the double row of embossed dots. What can I say? I like white space every bit as I do double embossing.
- All the gold is embossed.
- I kept shrinking the size until it got to 2" x 3 1/4". This was to all more of the double embossed layer to show. And then I didn't use it... But it turned out that I did really like these somewhat large stamps crowded onto a small card. It kind of reminded me of doing artist trading cards at the Stampin' Up! conventions several years ago.
- Other colors are Pineapple Punch and Lovely Lipstick.
- The message is from Colorful Seasons. I use the scallop die that coordinates with that set so much that I thought maybe I should show more of it.
- Yes, I have white on white layers, emphasized only by using Stampin' Dimensionals.
There is also a Memories and More card pack that coordinates with the Happiness Blooms Suite. And card/envelope packs that have both 3" x 4" and 4" x 6" Night of Navy cards with white interiors along with envelopes with Night of Navy and White stripes on the flaps. These are totally adorable! Just pop a card from the pack onto one of the cards. Add a few of the included sticker embellishments along with some Happiness Blooms enamel dots and you are good to go. These are the same dots that I am sending to all of my customers who place $50 or larger orders this month. That also happens to be the price point at which you earn a free Sale-a-Bration item.
