Have you had a good weekend? I have! I spent most of Saturday with some members of my team doing what else but stamping. Well, a little eating and also some talking but definitely stamping. I had several make and takes that I will be sharing in the coming week. Though we didn't have a prepared make and take with the Well Said Bundle, we all put our heads together to come up with this one on the fly:
The "sympathy" and top butterfly are actually gold foil but yesterday was cloudy and kind of dark so I couldn't get a good photo before sending this one home with another member of my team.
- The lower butterflies are punched with the Butterfly Duet punch from the Botanical Butterfly paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure
- Colors are Petal Pink and Grapefruit Grove on an ever so slightly larger layer of Basic Black and then a Whisper White card base.
- "Heartfelt" is stamped with Grapefruit Grove.
The other projects will be showing up on my blog over the next week or so. Hopefully the sun will come out and give me some good daylight shots.
In the meantime I'm going to be working with Meant to Be and the Be Mine thinlets. It's that time of year when I need to make a new banner for my team's Facebook page : he'Artstringstampers. Here is last years:
Since we are the he'Artstingstampers Valentine season is the time for making strings of hearts that represent our team. This year's framelits include some even larger sizes of hearts plus there is that Lovely Lipstick foil paper. In fact I'm so impressed with this year's framelits that I'm already hoping they will be a carryover into next years big catalog.
Have you seen all the Meant to Be Bundle has to offer? Annette Elliott, one of my team members has an online class with cards and gift packaging featuring the bundle. Check out all of her options here.
So, speaking of my team, the he'Artstringstampers, how would you like to join us? You should know that the best time to sign up to be a demonstrator with Stampin' Up! is during Sale-A-Bration. Here's why:
- During Sale-A-Bration you receive an extra $50 worth of Stampin' Up! product in your starter kit - that's $175 dollars worth for $99. You choose which products will be in your starter kit.
- As demonstrator you will get a discount on your Stampin' Up purchases plus a number of other perks and privileges.
- This year you have the option of a $129 which gets you not only the $175 of product but also an exclusive craft and carry tote worth $50.
- You decide how much of your Stampin' Up! journey is business oriented and how much is your hobby. All kinds of demonstrators all valued in the he'Artstringstampers. If you stamp you'll fit right in and I'd love to welcome you into our group!
- You have the option of being part of a private Facebook group for sharing ideas. I have many other ways of sharing with my downline: make and takes, product samples and so much more. We do things online and locally in Minnesota when possible.
- We often attend Stampin' Up! events such as Onstage together.
