It's been a busy summer and here we are back again to hop around the world with all of the talented stampers with Around the World on Wednesday.
This month our theme is "Never Ever Grow Up". I think you will see a variety of fun cards for the younger set as you hop around the world with us. Since most in our family are the adult variety of kids I thought I would get a head start on a holiday that I think that gives many adults a chance to embrace their inner child, Halloween.
- This set features 3 fun witch hats and a pair of silly feet. A little more of the playful than the scary variety. Plus a spider and stars stamp. Plus there's a punch that gives you a hat, band and stars. So many possibilities!
- I stamped the first pair of feet on the bottom center of a scored white card, using Jet Black Stazon ink. This makes it easy to stamp the remaining feet which will go off the edge a bit.
- Either Stampin' Write Markers of Watercolor pencils will work well with the Stazon ink.
- I pulled out another fun set, Bottled with Happiness for its line "Let's get into the spirit".
- Layer some scallops cut with the Scallops & Contours Dies and add a Black & White Gingham bow to keep the "cute" going.
- What do you think of the little sparkly green star on the band of the hat. I punched it out of the glitter washi.
