How will you share your Halloween treats this year?
Here is an updated version of a fan fold bag I used to teach in my earliest workshops:
- Stamp both sides of your bag as desired.
- Fill the bag with your treat.
- Just make 1/2" wide folds - seven of them from the top of a standard brown lunch bag.
- Fold over and pinch the first fold in the middle and bring the edges together and staple or paperclip the edges together.
- Punch two holes near the center of what is now the top fold and add your favorite ribbon or trim.
- Add card board to the bottom of your bag if the treat is heavy!
Here is a little variation with those spooky spiders:
- Same directions except I used the Metallic Mesh ribbon which does a fantastic job of evoking a spider web.
